Executive Background
Marcelo Pacotte built a career spanning more than 25 years in leadership and management roles across several Brazilian industry associations. For nearly a decade, he served as Executive Director of the Brazilian Association of Seeds and Seedlings (Abcsem), where he implemented regulatory standards that benefited the sector. Earlier in his career, he worked as Controller at the Brazilian Portland Cement Association (ABCP) and as Executive Director at the National Telecommunications Employers' Union (Sinstal). He also co-founded M.Pacotte & Associados, a consultancy focused on strategic planning and project development.
His work in the nonprofit sector includes direct involvement with ABRASEM, the Brazilian Institute of Horticulture (IBRAHORT), and the São Paulo II Residents' Association, where he served as Vice President.

Professional Development
Marcelo has pursued continuous learning throughout his career. He completed a Leadership and Innovation program at MIT, studied Mentoring, Coaching, and Humanized Counseling at the Holos Institute in Brazil, attended the New England School in Cambridge, Massachusetts, and deepened his knowledge of agro-technology systems at NATESC in Beijing, China.
In 2021, Marcelo chose Iowa as his home, bringing decades of organizational leadership and a commitment to service into a new chapter. PrimeOne Mobility Solutions reflects that experience — a company built on discipline, attention to detail, and genuine care for every client.
